A weighted random wheel lets you set custom odds. Give some options a bigger chance by assigning a higher weight (bigger slice = more likely). Perfect for prizes, raffles, classroom picking, and fair-ish decisions with controlled probabilities.

How weighting works

  • Turn on Weighted mode inside the wheel tool.
  • Add weights as Option | 3 (or Option + tab + 3).
  • Higher weights create larger slices and higher probability.
  • Share your weighted wheel with Copy share link.
Example (simple):

Yes | 1
No | 1
Maybe | 1

Example (make one option more likely):

Pizza | 3
Sushi | 2
Salad | 1

Interpretation: Pizza is ~3× as likely as Salad, and ~1.5× as likely as Sushi.

Tip: for a truly weighted result, leave Bias mode turned off. Weighted mode is visible (slice sizes change), bias is a forced outcome feature.

Weighted Random Wheel FAQ

What is a weighted random wheel?

A weighted random wheel lets you change the odds. Options with bigger weights get larger slices and are more likely to be selected.

How do I add weights?

Turn on Weighted mode, then use Option | weight (or Option + tab + weight). Example: Pizza | 3 and Salad | 1.

Does this keep the wheel fair?

With weights on, the wheel is fair to your chosen probabilities (bigger slice = higher chance). Leave Bias mode off if you want a true weighted result.

Can I share a weighted wheel?

Yes. Copy share link includes your options and weighted mode setting so others open the same wheel.
